湖南海捷精密工业有限公司是以湖南大学与为技术依托，专业化从事高档专用磨削装备研发与产业化的高新技术企业，是国家高效磨削工程技术研究中心的重要产业化基地，“湖南省数控机床产业技术创新战略联盟”的理事长单位，国家标准化高效磨床工作组组长单位。
    海捷精工位于长沙市高新技术产业开发区，注册资本4597.07万元，员工260余人，其中博士13人，硕士21人，教授、副教授及高级工程师18人，中高级职称的专业技术人才80多人，拥有厂房及办公楼约30000平方米，各类生产，检测设备400多台套。
    公司近40年来一直致力于高速、高效、高精专用数控磨削装备的研发与产业化，针对汽车、航空航天、能源与轨道交通等行业关键零部件加工装备的国产化需求，在国内首次系统创建了高速/超高速磨削、随动磨削与精密磨削等重大技术领域的关键工艺技术、软件、功能部件与高档数控磨削装备的成套技术体系，推进了关键核心技术在主机上的应用，形成成套应用格局。多次承担国家“863”计划课题、国务院重大专项课题等研发任务，在国内率先创建了凸轮轴、曲轴、刀片等非圆轮廓磨削加工的高速、高效、高精技术，使我国在该技术领域的研究达到国际先进水平。
    海捷精工在近年来共获国家、部、省科技奖励28项，其中国家科技进步奖二等奖1项，中国机械工业科技进步一等奖3项，湖南省科技进步一等奖2项，申请与授权国家发明专利11项，7种产品被评为国家级重点新产品。开发了40多项对支撑行业技术发展和产业进步有显著影响的高新技术成果。研制成功10大系列40多个种品种的高档数控磨削装备，创造了多个国内第一。
   Brief Introduction
    Hunan Hicam Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech enterprise with registered capital of 6.84 million USD based on one-thousand-year-old academy-Hunan University and national engineering technology research center with high efficiency grinding. Formerly known as Huda Hicam Manufacture Technology Co., Ltd. Hicam has more than one hundred history of scientific research and production,
    Hicam has been devoting itself to high-speed and high-efficiency grinding technology and the research, development and production of NC equipments since the 70th of 20 century. Hicam has obtained all levels of 18 scientific and technological awards, 48 authorized patents among which there are 12 invention patents and 7 products received national key new product awards by undertaking more than 20 projects including critical projects of "Ninth Five-Year", "Tenth Five-Year" and "Eleventh Five-Year", National Nature Science Foundation and "863 national project".  
    Hicam has more than 300 employees including more than 80 specialized technicians with medium and senior title, 20000 sqr m-plants and varies of more than 400 equipments for production and testing. Through ISO9000 Quality Management System Certificate in 2001, Hicam's scale of production and level of management raise up rapidly.
